Stuart Pearson

Stuart is a specialist in self actualisation and psychotherapy.

After leaving the accountancy profession Stuart carved a very successful new career in retailing. His success led him to buy his own retail business, which he quickly expanded. Stuart went on to capitalise on the "new" principles of integrated marketing and created a manufacturing unit, added mail order expertise and purchased an advertising agency.

This experience was put to good use when in the mid-eighties, he became a business consultant, advising companies on all aspects of strategy, planning, sales and marketing .

Soon after, Stuart got the personal potential bug, joined a self-actualisation organisation and went on to help facilitate courses in England , France , Sweden and the USA . This fascination with the human mind and personal potential led him to re-train in several different aspects of psychotherapy which in turn evolved into business coaching and change facilitation.

Stuart was attracted to coaching because it works. It is non-directive and allows the client to create their own solutions to get from, where they are now, to, where they want to be.

Stuart's approach is based on the belief that when people are encouraged to be accountable, real changes can be made, and they will get the results they require. By identifying and then optimizing strengths within as person real success can be achieved for the individual and the business in which they work. Coaching for optimal performance brings deep satisfaction and measurable achievement.

The method of working which Stuart employs means that outcomes are clearly identified at the outset of the coaching process, and progress towards these is tracked to ensure that everyone's expectations are met in a way which fits in with the work requirements and lifestyle of the individual concerned. Stuart's flexible approach means that sessions can be conducted face to face, on the telephone or by a combination of each.

Stuart currently works with companies globally and locally and facilitates workshops and talks all over Europe.
