Our Profile

Roz Collier

Roz is our expert in experiential learning.

She comes from a retail background where she had responsibility for training and managing the performance of a large team. She subsequently found that she enjoyed the training aspect of the job that she decided to do it full time!

The training approach that Roz favours is one of a facilitative and participative nature. Her programmes are designed to parallel the work situation closely and graphically portray the situations in which relationships between people impact on effectiveness and the achievement of operational objectives. She believes that learning ought to be fun, but that it needs to have a clear link to the behaviours and attitudes which produce desired results in the workplace, which is why action planning is a key part of each of her courses.

Roz specialises in designing and delivering programmes which encourage delegates to experiment with ideas, theories and approaches which develop alternative ways of approaching day to day work situations. Through a mixture of exercises and periods of self analysis and discussion she develops behavioural approaches to tasks which are designed to promote relationships which result in high performance outputs.

She specialises in all areas of management, leadership and team development, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, and is qualified as a Mountain Leader, Life Coach and holds a CIPD Certificate in Training and Development amongst many other qualifications in her specialist area.

Her aim is to develop training interventions which make a significant and lasting contribution to the business success of clients.
